For Whom

This works if you match one of these profiles.

Two routes. One clear fit criterion.

The Fit

— You are an international, non-resident founder looking to establish a legal presence in France

— You qualify for the Business Creation route: you have €30,000 to invest in a new or existing business, and at least 5 years of senior professional experience

— Or you qualify for the Innovative Project route: you have an innovative project and relevant niche expertise

— You want one partner across company, visa, banking and the first 90 days, with one team accountable at the end of it

Not The Fit

— You are looking for a visa agent to handle paperwork only, with no strategic input

— You need residency in under 8 weeks, which neither route can realistically deliver

— Your project involves crypto issuance, tokenised assets, or investment fund structures

— You are not willing to commit to the legal and fiscal responsibilities of running a French entity

FAQ

Straight answers.

Every price is published on the pricing page, so there is nothing to uncover on a sales call. Immigration + business setup is €7,500 on the Innovative Project route and €8,500 on the Business Creation route, plus company formation; operational services are à la carte or bundled. You can pay in three milestone stages, and the free check confirms your exact scope.

It depends on your route, how quickly documents come together, and the prefecture or consulate handling your file, and that varies by location on both routes. We map a realistic schedule for your specific case at the start.

No. The entire process is conducted in English. You will need basic French for daily life eventually, but it is not a blocker for incorporation or visa approval.

Yes, and identically on both routes. Your spouse and children are included on the same Talent application, your spouse can work immediately, and the process and outcome are the same whichever route you take.

No. Nounda is an operational advisory. We coordinate with licensed French attorneys and accountants where required by law, but we are not a law firm or immigration practice.

We tell you before you spend anything. The eligibility review is designed to filter early. If neither route fits, we will explain why and suggest alternatives outside our scope.

Post-arrival support includes domiciliation, coworking recommendations, and introductions to recruitment partners. We do not operate as a recruitment agency.

Yes. Most clients maintain their home-country entity and open a French SAS or SARL. We advise on structuring the relationship between the two: transfer pricing, invoicing, and IP allocation.
